This 30-minute session is specially designed for adolescents, recognizing their unique needs and energy. It's a shorter, focused time where they can talk, reflect, or just be, without pressure. The counsellor offers kindness, understanding, and support, creating a space where the adolescent feels safe to share what’s on their mind. It’s not about giving advice or fixing things, but about walking beside them as they explore their thoughts and feelings. The adolescent is seen as the expert in their own life, and the session supports their wellbeing in a whole-person way.

Unlike adult sessions, which may go deeper into long-term patterns or use more reflective language, adolescent sessions are more present-focused, flexible, and often guided by what is broughtthat day. The pace is gentle, and the approach is responsive to their developmental stage, helping them feel seen, heard, and empowered.

Couples In person

This 50 minute couples session is a supportive space for two people who want to better understand each other and grow in their relationship. With compassion, empathy, and care, the counsellor walks alongside both partners, helping them explore patterns, communicate more openly, and reconnect with what matters most to them. The approach is person-centred and wholistic, honouring each individual within the relationship while supporting the couple as a whole.
Rather than taking sides or offering quick fixes, the focus is on building trust, fostering understanding, and creating space for healing and growth.
